Abstract

Varios brotes de triquinosis en Italia y Francia a finales de 1975 implicaron como origen al caballo, un animal al que previamente no se había considerado como en riesgo para esta enfermedad. En ese momento, la normativa europea sólo se ocupaba del control del cerdo.
