Abstract

Os surtos de triquiníase em Itália e em França, nos finais de 1975, foram causados por carne de cavalo, um animal que, até então, não era considerado como um risco para esta patologia. Os regulamentos europeus daquela época apenas consideravam o controlo da carne de porco.
