Human deaths from avian influenza in Azerbaijan – further spread in birds worldwide
Denmark is the latest European Union country reporting pathogenic avian influenza H5 in wild birds. A single wild common buzzard (Buteo buteo) was found on Svinø beach on the southern coast of the island of Zealand, near the town of Naestved.
